This question is mandatory for Spectrum credit validation and must always be asked. Also, remember that the broadband label must be read verbatim, exactly as stated in the protocol. This has already been mentioned in a previous debrief. A coaching session will be held for this case, but if it happens again, a formal warning will follow. Let’s make sure this doesn’t repeat.
