Any outstanding balance with Optimum or Suddenlink will be paid in full, including the first month of service and installation charge, at the time of order placement. The price quoted to you does not include taxes, fees or surcharges. In the event of a power outage, our phone service will not work and we will not support Medical Alerts.
I agree that my use of the Optimum or Suddenlink services is governed by the terms of the services available upon request.
