🏪Store info request case

If your caller asks about store information, you have 3 ways to provide it.

1. Upload the Vonage ID of that call into the Bundle portal, and if it is a GMB or KIOSK bundle, it will show you the pop-up with the store info and provide that info to your caller.

2. From your Directory, go to the page Info GMB Locations and look for the store by searching for the campaign telephone number (the number that shows at the beginning of the campaign name on Vonage)

3. If the bundle does not show you the pop-up with the store info, click on Potential Sale and copy the campaign phone number from the campaign name, and then go to Info GMB Locations, search for the store by using the telephone number of the campaign. Do not use the caller’s telephone number. DO NOT GIVE the campaign telephone number as the store number. The campaign telephone number is the same number the caller dialed to reach us, so they already have it. They are looking for the store name, address, and telephone number. If needed, also provide the store contact name

If a customer asks about receiving a free mobile phone, make sure to explain the conditions clearly:

✅ To qualify, the customer must either:

• Take a new mobile line, or

• Be an existing customer or become one by

Always ensure the customer understands the conditions before proceeding, and avoid overpromising. Transparency builds trust—and trust builds long-term relationships.

That’s why, whenever you close a sale at a GMB-listed location, it’s essential to ask the customer for permission to send a quick survey.
