2 Validation questions Always ask name first
3 Rapport always make your offer as a Bundle package non-single package
4 Questions based on Cx needs Remember to ask Address, Phone number, Email and Home owner on every sales opportunity
5 Offer based on (SWPDAZ) React to every customer answer with positive words
6 Overcome (At least 2 if need it) Amount of questions related to services ( 2 per core service at least 2 per additional services, at least 3 different services)
7 Recap (Services sold, Monthly payment + tax and fees, Install type, CS #) Show empathy if the customer mention a bad situation about anything
8 Transfer to Sec (Follow the pitch) Offer based on SWPDAZ
9 Friendly Good bye Overcome twice if need it
