📞 Spectrum Mobile Porting Process (if applicable)

  1. Request Old Account Number
    • Contact your previous provider (e.g., Spectrum, Optimum, etc.).
    • Request the account number associated with your mobile service.
    • Ensure the account is active and not locked for porting.
  2. Request Porting Code (PIN)
    • Request the porting PIN from your previous provider( The difference must be ensure to the customer between security code which is 4 Digits and the transfer Pin number which is a 6 Digit number).
    • This code is usually valid for a limited time (e.g., 24–72 hours).
    • Store the PIN securely for the next step.
  3. Contact Spectrum Support
    • Reach out to Spectrum Mobile technical support.
    • Provide:
      • Previous account number
      • Porting PIN
      • Phone number to be ported
    • Request activation of the porting process.
  4. Email Confirmation Reminder
    • Check for a confirmation email from Spectrum.
    • Accept the porting process via the link or instructions in the email.
    • This step is essential for the SIM card to be shipped and activation to be completed.
    • Ask the Customer wich device does they have. (iphone 14 and above only accepts E-sim) Mention the benefit of having Esim.
